Tuesday evening, firefighting personnel acting on information rushed to a residential building in Salmiya and controlled a fire without causing major injuries.
The Public Relations and Media Department of the General Fire Force stated the fire was put out on the eight floor apartment and that one person was treated for asphyxiation, reports Al-Rai daily.
