The National Seismological Network at the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research denied that an earthquake had occurred in the country on Thursday. The officials responded after unverified reports of an earthquake were circulated on social media on the same day. According to Al Qabas, the network confirmed that it had not detected any earthquake inside Kuwait or in the neighboring countries during the past hours.
