The Director General of the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) Ahmed Al-Mousa announced a ban on the transfer of visa for expats from the private sector to the government sector.
Ahmed Al-Mousa issued the decision on July 14 and it will be implemented following publication in the Official Gazette.
Three categories are excluded from the transfer,
1. Those married to Kuwaiti citizens, children and wives
2. Palestinian nationals
3. Health professionals in medical field who have license to practice medicine.
