The General Directorate of Traffic announced the referral of an Egyptian expatriate after a clip circulated on social media showing the accused riding a motorbike with another person while the vehicle was loaded with travel bags, an Arab daily reported.
The report also mentioned that during the investigations, the accused revealed that he only volunteered to transport his friend from the airport.
