There is dissatisfaction among a wide segment of officials in the Environment Public Authority in the wake of cancellation of the results of exams for supervisory positions.

The sources told Al-Rai that the Authority had announced vacancies for supervisors and the interviews were conducted by the Personnel Affairs Committee in the presence of the former EPA Director General, Sheikh Abdullah Al-Ahmad and his deputies and those who passed the interviews were selected based on the criteria followed in this regard.

The sources added that “those who passed the interview were surprised at the cancellation of results of interview for no apparent reason which is not only surprising but has been resented by those who passed the test and the names were sent to the CSC without the Personnel Affairs Committee being notified, which necessitated the decision that has been taken.
