The municipality removes a break outside the regulation line with an area of two million square meters
The Municipality branch of Al-Ahmadi Governorate, according to instructions from the Director General of the Municipality, Eng. Ahmed Al-Manfouhi, has ordered the demolition of what is built on a two-million-square-meter land in the south of Mina Abdullah industrial area, which is designated as a rest house, but its occupier has reportedly exploited the land for the purpose other than it was intended for.
According to Al-Qabas daily, the municipality in a statement said based on the decision issued by the Ministry of Finance to vacate the land administratively, and the issuance of court rulings also included the removal of encroachments on the land in the areas and after the municipality completed the necessary legal procedures, the removal process took place through the oversight team affiliated to the Ahmadi Governorate Municipality branch in cooperation with a security force.
The Municipality indicated Eng Al-Manfouhi has called for speedy action and the preparation of a detailed report which will then be submitted to the Audit Bureau.
