Mai Al-Baghli, Minister of Social Affairs and Community Development and Minister of State for Women and Childhood Affairs, issued a decision No. 8 of 2023, regarding granting the status of judicial officers to a group of ministry employees working in the Private Nursery Oversight Department.
According to the decision, of which Al-Qabas has obtained a copy, the status was granted to 8 employees — Nadia Al-Azmi, Nayef Al-Sawagh, Noura Al-Mutairi, Afrah Al-Mutairi, Afaf Rashid, Ali Al-Azmi, Amsha Al-Rashidi, and Sheikha Al-Mutairi.
The ministerial decision to grant the status came to keep in check violations of the provisions of Law No. 22 of 2014 regarding private nurseries and implementing regulations.
