The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs received a request from the Egyptian embassy in the country to approve the operation of 14 flights by EgyptAir to evacuate some humanitarian and emergency cases and some expats with expired residents, reported by Al-Rai daily.
Informed sources noted that it is only for those expats who wish to return to Egypt from these categories, and added that the matter does not include to the Egyptian teachers who are currently in the country.
The sources stated that the embassy requested that daily flights should be organized starting from next Tuesday and highlighted that the ticket price should not exceed KD120, as was the case in the first evacuation organized days prior, and may be less than that according to the numbers of passengers and trips.
