An Egyptian expatriate has been referred to the General Administration for Drug Control after he was caught at a checkpoint in the Mahboula region in a state of drug abuse.
During a body search, a bag containing the narcotic substance was found on him, and two bags containing the chemical drug, in addition to drug use tools.
