The Ministry of Education will reconsider making the most of the e-learning platform that was activated during the Corona pandemic when traditional learning was disrupted.

Educational sources told a local Arabic daily that this issue came up because the partial eclipse of the sun on Tuesday, Oct 25, 2022, disrupted the school activity.

The sources said there is a serious tendency to restart the e-learning platform in the matter of students doing their homework who will be provided recorded explanations of lessons, in addition to organizing classes “online” in cases of emergency disruption of school hours.

The source pointed out that the platform is technically ready and only needs to issue a decision to achieve the desired benefit in the continuity of students receiving education without interruption.

The sources noted that its use in the performance of school assignments can contribute to reducing the school bag weight, especially for primary school students, in addition to saving the document and making it easier to refer to it at any time.
