The administrative sector is preparing to receive the first batch of teachers coming from Jordan — 126 male and female. However, the sector is awaiting approval from the Civil Service Commission before coordinating with the Ministry of Interior to obtain entry visas for these teachers.

An educational source told a local Arabic daily once the appointment approvals are obtained for each teacher, the Ministry of Interior will be approached for entry visas, which is expected to take not more than 48 hours.

The source disclosed, “The sector sent a collective list to the CSC on the numbers of the second batch coming from the State of Palestine, about 498 male and female teachers, in addition to individual lists, each of which includes about 100 male and female teachers, in order to reduce the pressure on the CSC.
