Security men have arrested a Kuwaiti citizen for consuming and possessing narcotic substances.
The Al-Anba daily said the man, who attempted to escape, was arrested at a checkpoint Thursday evening in the city of Jaber Al-Ahmad, after his attempt to escape failed.
The man who is believed to be in his thirties has been handed over to the Directorate-General for Drugs Control along with the seizures — shabu, chemicals, and narcotic pills.
