Minister of Social Affairs, Dr. Mishaan Al-Otaibi, has issued a decision to appoint Hanadi Al-Mabelish as Director-General of the Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities, to succeed Dr. Shafiqa Al-Awadi, who has been referred to retirement, reports Al-Qabas daily.
