Repatriation of residency violators in shelters almost complete; govt to continue crackdown on visa traders

Deputy Prime Minister, Interior Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Anas Al-Saleh  announced in a press statement, today,  that repatriation of residency violators from the shelters are almost complete.

Minister Al-Saleh thanked all those who continued day and night to facilitate their departure from the country by either government employees or volunteers, especially “my brothers and sisters in the security institutions.”

He explained that the governments efforts to eradicate the malignant disease called residency visa traders from  Kuwait institutions would continue.

He pointed out that his personal follow up of the file of violators will continue and he was working to review legislation and toughen penalties for those working in this trade and those who associate with them, and that the law will be applied to everyone without exception.
