The Directorate-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has reiterated that passengers upon arrival at the Kuwait International Airport must download the “Shlonak” application.
The Al-Rai daily quoting DGCA sources said the vaccination certificate must contain a QR code, in the absence of which, the certificate must be uploaded on the Ministry of Health website for verification and approval.
