The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) said Saturday that Kuwaiti nationals, their first-degree relatives, as well as accompanying nannies and house workers will be allowed to book flights back to the country.
A press release by the DGCA indicated that the decision was made in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This measure came after the end of the repatriation plan sponsored by the government for Kuwaitis abroad.
Airliners and carriers were notified and will be allowing flight booking for Kuwaitis abroad, it reaffirmed, adding that the decision will be carried out until further notice.
