The Meteorological Department of the Directorate-General Administration of Civil Aviation has predicted unsteady weather accompanied by scattered rain and thunderstorms in some areas of Kuwait. A local Arabic daily quoting DGCA sources added wind speeds may reach more than 50 kilometers per hour, causing dust, a decrease in horizontal visibility in some areas, and a sea wave height of more than 7 feet.”
