A circular No 2021/33 issued by the Directorate-General of Civil Aviation on Monday says all passengers below 18 years of age who enter the country via the Kuwait International Airport holding valid residence permit and were unable to get vaccinated will be allowed one-time entry. These passengers must sign a pledge for institutional and home quarantine rules and to get vaccinated in Kuwait.
