The Ministry of Interior seized and detained those persons accused of assaulting a child in Salmiya, Al-Rai reported.
The General Administration of Security Information mentioned the matter of the video clip circulating on social networking sites that included a child being assaulted in the Salmiya area.
The security authorities detained the accused and the competent authority has registered a case under Assault charges.
