The Dasma Police Station officers referred an Indian delivery man who traded intoxicating substances with another Indian expat to the headquarters of the General Department for Narcotics Control. According to a local paper, the suspects were referred for interrogation in order to expose a liquor factory.

The report mentioned that during a patrol check in Bneid Al-Qar, officers arrested an Indian expat after he was caught delivering bags full of bottles of locally-made liquor to a customer.

According to the suspect, he was delivering the items to another Indian, who was caught with 30 bottles of local wine. The other suspect claimed the transaction was made with a representative through phone correspondence. The suspects were taken to the police station, and an amount of 70 dinars were seized from the sales of the items.
