A decree has been issued to form the Supreme Petroleum Council headed by His Highness the Prime Minister or whoever he delegates from among the ministers.
Al-Rai has learned the members of the council will include the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment, and the Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait.
