A decree was issued to amend an item in the decree establishing the Government Performance Follow-up Authority.
The decree stipulates that “the text of Clause 6 of Article 2 of Decree No. 346 of 2007 shall be replaced with the following text: ‘Following up coordination between ministries and government agencies in implementing the joint work and tasks assigned to them by the Council of Ministers’.
It is noteworthy that Clause 6 in the text of the decree establishing the agency also included ‘and supervising the work of the Council of Undersecretaries of Service and Administrative Ministries, and the head of the agency shall be the head of this council’.
