The CEO of the Kuwait National Petroleum Company, Wadha Al-Khatib, has issued a circular to withdraw the decision which was issued yesterday to promote new managers of the company.
Al-Khatib explained the withdrawal of the circular is considered as if it was not issued based on the Cabinet decision to stop appointments in senior and supervisory positions, and to stop all transfers, delegations and secondment, reports Al-Rai daily.
