The Public Authority for Industry has called for the inclusion of non-industrial buildings in the Shadadiyah Industrial Zone in the approved spatial plan for the region.
In a letter addressed to the municipality regarding the completion of the design, implementation, completion and maintenance of infrastructure works for the Shadadiyah Industrial Zone, the authority stressed the vitality and importance of this project to the state, which is currently under construction, reports Al-Qabas daily.
The sources explained that due to the need to issue licenses for buildings and facilities included in the contract, the data of non-industrial buildings in the previously approved cadastral plan for the Shadadiyah Industrial Zone is not clear, noting that the plans that were sent from the Commission show all the required data of coordinates and areas, calling on the Survey Department in the municipality to take The necessary procedure to include the data of those buildings within the approved spatial plan.
