It is my honor to extend my warmest and sincere congratulations on the 60th anniversary of the Independence and 39th anniversary of the Liberation of the State of Kuwait. I am doing it not only in my name, but on behalf of the Czech Republic and its people.
I am very proud to recall the Czech troop’s participation in the international coalition to liberate the State of Kuwait and to protect principles of freedom and sovereignty on its territory. I strongly believe that building a solid ground for friendship, mutual respect and cooperation in relations between two countries and these principles will continue and deepen in the coming future.
Let me wish our two friendly countries further development, welfare and prosperity.
