On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait, to His Highness Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, and to the Government and people of Kuwait, on the occasion of the 60th Anniversary of the National Day and the 30th Anniversary of the Liberation Day.
