Air Customs officers thwarted an attempt to smuggle into the country 10 kilograms of narcotics.
The customs inspectors said the drugs were sent in a parcel from an Asian country in the name of cosmetics, reports Al-Rai daily.
After examining it carefully, officers found 10 kilograms of narcotics. The seized items were referred to the competent authorities.
