The cabinet decided in its extraordinary meeting today to start the launch of the second phase of the ‘gradual return to normal life’ plan on 30 June. This includes the reopening of commercial complexes such as Avenues, 360, Marina and Souq Sharq, as well as restaurants and cafes. However, customers will only be allowed to take the order but not be able to dine or sit.
The council has changed the partial curfew timings to be from 8 pm until 5 am. The Council of Ministers also approved the start of employee work hours, with a capacity of no more than 30%.
