The Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah stated that an Amiri decree has been issued to seek the assistance of His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah to exercise some of the constitutional powers of His Highness the Amir on a temporary basis.
