The Public Prosecution referred the second circuit sub-case, which is the largest in the history of Kuwait in terms of the number of defendants, believed to be 112, to the Criminal Court.
A local Arabic daily has learned the source said that the first session of the trial of the accused is scheduled for the 15th of this month.
It is noteworthy to mention that 6 suspects are still detained by the Prosecution’s order, while the rest were released on financial guarantees.
