The Court of Appeal for Misdemeanors acquitted a citizen and canceled his 3-year imprisonment after his lawyer, Hussein Al-Asfoor, pleaded before the court the invalidity of the arrest. The suspect was arrested over allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and for hitting a girl in the street.
