The Farwaniya security forces have arrested a Nepalese couple for dumping a new born baby boy into a garbage container.
A security source told Al-Rai the couple was arrested after a Filipino saw the couple moving suspiciously near the garbage bin with what looked like a new born baby and informed the police.
