The Technical Guidance Service Center of the Ministry of Education has handed over the majority of the first-semester end-of-term exams to a confidential printing facility. This step is taken to create backup copies of these exams for use in secondary school classes.

An educational source told Al-Rai, there are numerous exam models for general and religious education across the three secondary grades. Some of the remaining exam models will be delivered later this week.

Additionally, question banks are being prepared across all academic subjects. These resources will be made available on the Ministry’s official website, its electronic mail platform, and the authorized technical guidance websites well in advance of the exam dates.

The source also highlighted that educational districts are in the process of establishing their own secret printing facilities to prepare exams for middle school levels.

Each of these printing facilities will consist of 15 to 20 members, responsible for preparing tests for grades six through nine. After a thorough review to ensure accuracy and error-free content, the exam papers will be approved by the directors of educational affairs.

Once approved, the printing facilities will proceed with distributing the exam papers to schools based on the number of enrolled students in those classes.

As for the process of transporting exams from central control to schools, the source indicated that this process remains unchanged from the previous year. Exams are transported in Ministry vehicles to schools in sealed boxes. These boxes will not be opened until 5 minutes before the scheduled test time, utilizing secret codes assigned by the Control Department.

Furthermore, the Examinations and Student Affairs Supervision Department at the Ministry of Education is in the process of developing unified schedules for the first-semester exams for grades ten, eleven, and twelve. These schedules will be presented for approval to the Assistant Undersecretary for Public Education in the middle of this month.
