Ambassador Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Nasser Mohammad A. Al Sabah, Assistant Foreign Minister for the Cabinet of the Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Foreign Affairs signing the Condolence Book at the Embassy today.

A book of condolence for former Indian Minister of External Affairs Smt Sushma Swaraj, who passed away on 6 August after a heart attack, has been opened at the Embassy of India, Kuwait.

Acting Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Sabah Thursday paid his respects to the former Indian foreign minister, commending her contributions to further promoting and developing relations and cooperation between Kuwait and India.

Sheikh Ahmad added that the late minister Swaraj played a leading role at the regional and international levels. The condolence book is open from Wednesday, 7 August until Friday, 10 August from 10 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm.
