The Criminal Court decided to annul the Public Prosecution’s decision to file Sheikh Hamad Sabah Al-Ahmad’s complaint on the grounds of the accusation of forging the Amiri Diwan letter related to the army fund, and requested that the case papers be returned to the Public Prosecution for further investigation, reports a local Arabic daily.
