An unidentified Kuwait citizen who walked into the Salwa Police Station to file a complaint against the neighbor, who was allegedly disturbing him, found himself being put behind bars because police records showed he had been sentenced in absentia to 10 years imprisonment.
A security source told Al-Anba the wanted person was then handed over to the Sentences Enforcement Department.
