The Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hamad Al-Adwani issued a decision to form a committee to examine complaints and grievances regarding the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training’s announcement of appointments and scholarships, headed by Dr. Abdullah Al-Mazrouei from the PAAET. The members of the committee will Dr. Adel Al-Sharaf from the College of Education at Kuwait University, and Dr. Hammoud Al-Duwaisan from the College of Law at Kuwait University.
This came against the background of a number of complaints and grievances submitted by some regarding the appointments and scholarships for the years 2020/2021 and 2021/2022, reports a local Arabic daily.
The committee also announced the time and place for receiving complaints and grievances of applicants for a period of two weeks.
The committee has the right to request any data or special documents for those submitting complaints and grievances in order to carry out its work and hear the statements of whomever it deems necessary to perform its duties.
