The Central Agency for Public Tenders announced the extension of the deadline for closing a tender for the study, design works and preparation of documents for the railway tender project, for a month for the companies bidding for that tender.
The agency has asked the Public Authority for Roads and Land Transport to set a date for a preliminary meeting with the companies applying for the tender, and called on PART to provide it with the amended annexure to tender No. 2.
In a separate context, the agency announced the opening of bids for the management, operation, maintenance and implementation of expansion works at the Kabd station and complementary works.
The project has five bidders, according to what is recorded in the price list. The agency referred the documents of those bids to the Ministry of Works to study them and make the necessary recommendations in this regard within 30 days.
