The Communications and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) announced its undercover agent made 1,158 field visits to ensure that companies comply with laws and regulations.

The authority confirmed that with the implementation of what it called the ‘hidden client project’, it detected only about 17 violations from January to the end of last October, reports a local Arabic daily.

CITRA is one of the pioneers in implementing the hidden customer project in Kuwait, through which it can improve the practices of companies subject to the authority’s supervision and ensure the best services to the public.
