The Council of Ministers has renewed its call to citizens and residents to receive the third booster dose of the Corona vaccine, provided at least 6 months have passed since taking the second dose.
During the meeting today, the Council stressed on the importance of accelerating the pace of vaccination to provide better protection, acquire community immunity and help stabilize the health situation in the country.
The Minister of Health, Sheikh Dr. Basil Al-Sabah briefed the Cabinet on the latest developments in the epidemiological situation in Kuwait as a result of steps taken by the ministry to contain the pandemic.
He said praise be to God, Kuwait continues to record lesser number of Covid infections and the same can be said of recovery cases including those receiving intensive care.
