A citizen dies after being run over by a vehicle driven by a Syrian at the Doha intersection.
A local Arabic daily said the citizen was crossing the road when he was hit by the motorist, who reportedly in a vain attempt to save the life of the Kuwaiti took him to the hospital but the victim was declared dead upon arrival.
The Syrian has surrendered to police.
