First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Ahmed Al-Nawaf issued a ministerial decision allowing a citizen who wishes to train one of his close relatives to get temporary learning license.
The decision stipulated that those wishing to issue a “temporary” driving license permit must hold a valid private driving license that has been issued for a period of 5 years, reports Al-Rai daily.
