The Director of Funerals Department in Kuwait Municipality Dr. Faisal Al-Awadi issued an internal circular to organize work in cemeteries during the holy month of Ramadan.
Al-Awadi set 3 times for burials — 10 am, after the afternoon prayer, and after Tarawih prayers. A local Arabic daily quoting Dr Al-Awadi explained the different times will help families of mourners.
