The Public Authority for Housing Welfare announced that the contract for the construction, completion and maintenance of main roads, infrastructure networks, rainwater tanks and the treated water tank for the southern Saad Al-Abdullah housing project has been awarded to a Chinese company, reported Al-Jarida Daily.
In a press statement, the Foundation announced that the Chinese company was handed over this project contract after through analysis of its documents upon completion of the deadline for submitting bids and opening envelopes on June 21, in addition to obtaining the necessary approvals from the Corporation’s Tenders Committee formed by several government agencies.
Additionally, the winning company is one of the ten companies that responded to the purchase of the tender contract, as it provided the lowest prices and met the computational and technical requirements. Work is underway to complete the legal procedures and sign the contract with the company.
