Masterchefs and trainers of CEE Network Culinary Arts Lifestyle Courses held its annual dinner at Fresh Café and Restaurant in the absence of some members of the faculty and teaching team. Due to the prohibition of gathering and events, a dinner was held instead and was hosted by Chef Eric Regencia, CEE’s Chef Trainer and Operations Manager of Fresh Cafe and Restaurant.

In the dinner was discussed an incoming major project in collaboration with the Embassies of South East Asia and will be spearheaded by the Embassy of the Philippines under the auspices of HE Mohammad Noordin Pendosina Lomondot and organizing team by spouse Chef Noor Jarifah Lomondot, a member of the faculty of CEE Network. Details of the event will be announced soon.

CEE Network Project Manager also announced the launch of two new courses; The Art of Chocolate Making and Meat Processing which will be available for the students in 2021. CEE Network also extended its gratitude to its masterchefs; Cris Ricafort – Baking / Alexander Mullien – Pastries / Dave Baliling – International Cuisine / Elizabeth Tendenilla – Chocolate Art and Wendell Asuncion – Asian Cuisine. Chef Trainers include Eric Regencia, Merlita Farhat, Zhan Robles, Eugene Perez, Shahira Hamjallin, Fely Torio, Mariel Macalalad, Leo Capiendo and Bea Carvajal. Classes for January are fully booked and registration for the month of February will be announced soon.

Project Manager extended its gratitude to Chef Regencia for hosting the dinner and the team of staff of Fresh Restaurant for their impeccable service and delightful food. Fresh Restaurant is located at Maidan Hawally.
