CEE Network Kuwait held its awarding of certificates to the graduates of Commercial Baking Course Batch 11 on Friday. Twelve student chefs completed the monthly course and two new chefs have completed the course as per requirements by the culinary school.

A short ceremony in the Food Academy marked the awarding of certificates to 12 student chefs who completed the Commercial Baking Course Batch 11. The course highlights the introduction of breads and pastries to the class which included sweet dough, pies, cakes and French pastries. The classes were spearheaded by Masterchef Cris Ricafort and supervised by Chef Trainers; Bea Carvajal, Leo Capiendo, Mariel Macalalad, Zhan Robles, Mhelitt Farhat, Eugene Perez, Shahira Hamjalin and Fely Torio with the addition of new mentor Sheila Zarris.

A ceremonial placing of Toque on the head of the new graduates Chefs May Abegail Lopez and Essandro Samson, symbolized the conferring of the title Chef. The ceremony also marked the completion of required courses by the school. Certificates were signed by the company’s Chief Executive officer Dina Al Mallak, Director of Operations Jassem Burhama , School Director Ricky Laxa and Lead MasterChefs.

CEE Network Culinary Arts Lifestyle Courses announced the early registration for the courses of Art of Chocolate Making and Multi Cuisines with the introduction of the new syllabus and addition of Spanish cuisine. Masterchefs Dave Baliling and Cris Ricafort will take the lead on the course.
