The Central Bank of Kuwait after monitoring advertisements by some hobbyists and coin collectors to sell denominations of the sixth issue of the (current) Kuwaiti dinar at a value higher than the actual value due to what distinguishes some of these money based on serial numbers has issued a warning to the public saying such practices are illegal, reports a local Arabic daily.
