Ministry of Interior announced that it has registered a case against two individuals for insulting an employee and resisting arrest from security forces. A statement was made by the General Directorate of Security Relations and Media of the Ministry of Interior today, Monday, regarding a video clip that was circulated on social media that shows two people resisting the efforts of security men.
According to the news report, a police patrol in the Capital Governorate followed up on a report of a quarrel between 6 people which was witnessed. When the security men went to try to break up the fight, they were attacked by two people, one of whom was carrying a weapon. The administration confirms that the two arrested had a case registered against them for insulting an employee and resisting the security men.
