The Central Agency for Public Tenders has approved the request of the Kuwait Oil Company for the first extension in the 2.567 million dinars tender contract for monitoring, inspection and operation of fuel line networks and booster stations concluded with the Integrated Services Company for Mechanical Contracting and Precision Machines for one year starting from March 2022 running until March 29, 2023.

The agency postponed the decision on amending the age of the vehicles by amending Clause No. 13.18.1 in the general specifications of the contract, so that the age of the vehicles does not exceed 7 years instead of 5 years during the contract implementation period, until a letter is received from the KOC on the issue of vehicles.

However, CAPT has rejected the tender for the master plan for the services of the KOC facilities in South, East, North and West of Kuwait due to the failure of the company to respond to its comments, while the Authority agreed to extend the closing date and publish the amended preliminary meeting minutes for the tender for the supply of catalysts for desulfurization units of the remaining oil from atmospheric distillation and disposal of spent catalysts for the refineries of the Kuwait National Petroleum Company.
