The Complaints and Grievances Committee of the National Bureau of Human Rights has launched an opinion questionnaire on the topic of “suicidal behavior during the Corona pandemic” in Kuwait, and the results of the questionnaire will be used for a scientific study to find out the motives and reasons that contributed to the increase in this behavior during the Corona pandemic period in the Kuwaiti society, and the accompanying decisions affecting the general life of the population, as well as various other factors.

It is noteworthy to mention, the Al-Anba daily says, that the Complaints and Grievances Committee during the past two months has held hearings, discussions and requests for information from a number of official authorities concerned with this behavior, such as the Ministries of Interior, Health and Social Affairs, and Justice, in addition to the Social Development Office, the Kuwait University, the Central Agency for Resolving Status of Illegal Residents, and the Child Rights Committee of the Bureau, which resulted in obtaining statistics and information that benefit and enrich the study.
